Ruthie Belle Lash Shampoo Foam Cleanser

Removes make up and dirt. 
Use prior Lash Extensions appliation or Lash Lift to remove all dirt residue.
 
Dispense a small amount of foam onto lip flock or Q tip and gently massage across eyelids. 
Rinse with clean water or saline solution.
